Requests and approval
Submitting a request does not reserve a slot or require payment. Jukesmove may accept or decline a track. Approved customers receive the price and estimated publication window before payment.
Deliverable
One approved track and one original HTO short edit for publication on Jukesmove-operated TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts where permitted by each platform. Final creative decisions remain with Jukesmove; no promised views, engagement, or release-day result. One opportunity to correct factual credit/name errors; no included creative re-edits, stems or project files.
Rights
You retain rights to your music and warrant you have all necessary authorization from the relevant rightsholders. You authorize Jukesmove to edit the submitted audio and publish and retain the resulting HTO and credits on its social channels and video archive. Jukesmove retains its original artwork, animations, templates, and production source files. Reposting the published HTO is permitted with Jukesmove credit; sublicensing underlying assets or source files is not.
Payment and changes
Payment is requested only after approval and agreement on the expected window. If Jukesmove cannot fulfill in that window, the customer may choose an agreed alternative or a refund. After production has begun, cancellations for change of mind are not refundable, subject to applicable law. Rights disputes or platform issues may pause work; unresolved cases will be handled fairly, with applicable refund rights preserved.
Promotional disclosure
Commissioned HTOs may include clear paid-content disclosures and required platform disclosure settings. Editorial selections are made independently.
